Flow is structured around three concepts: triggers (when), conditions (if), and actions (do). No code required. No JavaScript to write for Kintone automation.

Triggers: record created, record updated, status changed, time-based, webhook received
Conditions: field values, user attributes, date conditions, custom expressions
Actions: update fields, create cross-app records, compute values, send email (via Mail), generate PDF (via PDF Pro), send webhooks
Chains: sequence actions serially or in parallel, with branching conditions

Flow is at v4.9.3 beta — four months of production bug-fixing across financial-group and manufacturing customers. General availability: Q3 2026.
